Complaint Procedure

Do you have a complaint? Then report the complaint to Taaltutor. The following steps and rules apply for this:

  1. Report the complaint by e-mail to Ms Sandra Wormgoor, We treat your complaint confidentially.

  1. We will give you verbal or written confirmation within three working days that we have received your complaint.

  1. We will handle the complaint within two weeks. Or we will agree a settlement with you. Do we need more time? Then we will inform you about this within three working days. We will also let you know how much time we need.

  1. Are you dissatisfied with how we have handled or resolved your complaint, or do you prefer to directly contact an independent person who will provide you and us with binding advice about your complaint? Then you can contact Ms. Simche Heringa by texting her on 06-26620233, including the reason for contacting her, for example “a complaint about Taaltutor”. She will then call you back at an appropriate time. We will then follow her advice as soon as possible.

  1. We register your complaint and keep it for two years.
