First US Study Trip in 2007
In the summer of 2007, I organized my first study exchange between ROC ASA and ICT Academy in Utrecht and Amersfoort and Southern Maine Community College, in Portland, USA. This has been one of the coolest things I did at the mbo’s I work for.
This video shows you a short impression of their stay. In the picture to the right, you see Professor David Pratt, IT guru and most crazy though happy teacher at SMCC.
P.S. Later, in 2008 and 2010, two new groups of IT students from Utrecht and Amersfoort, could participate again. In total, about 50 students have been able to visit SMCC and stay there for two full weeks, experiencing an American college, visit all kinds of interesting sites and have the best time of their lives.
